Can't delete reviews, terrible customer service
I left a review but realized that I needed to delete it. This website provides absoutely NO way to delete your reviews. You have to email them. And when I emailed them, I got stuck in a horrible feedback loop of "Thanks for contacting us, someone will be with you shortly" emails. This has been a nightmare. I just want to delete a review. Nothing should ever be this hard.

This site is not managed
If you write something on the site you can't delete it afterwards, this is very wrong because sometimes patients are annoyed one minute and happy the next when the swelling gone down. They also never remove reviews that you can prove are wrong, they are just really nasty company and probably are ran by a cosmetic surgery company that is trying to keep good reviews for its self and bad for everyone else.

They promised and not delivered
Signed up with Realself.com to increase the amount of business, at the beginning when my account was free I had tons of traffic, then they called me to be an spolight doctor , bit that has a price, since then no more calls or reviews, or patients. They tell me I have to keep paying every single month for one year, because I signed some kind of online contract. I have a lawyer involved now to stop them from withdrawing my account.

Gives out info without permission
Made an account on realself so I could scout out average prices for a potential surgery in my area but also in other parts of my country or cities that I could fly to for essentially medical tourism. Made an account to search easily outside of my area but never actually clicked on any of the surgeons or sent requests or anything similar, just scrolled around a map. Next thing I know I’m getting calls and emails from every surgeon within 50miles of me saying they can put me down for an appointment on specific dates to consult the surgery. I’ve been spammed nonstop for the past few days with these calls and emails and have had to return so many emails and voicemails saying no, I didn’t put forward ANY consult request, please take me off the mailing list. Very, very predatory marketing.

Realself is a deceptive untrustworthy site
realself is not a site to trust to look for any kind of doctor esp a plastic surgeon, they gear too much for the doctor and not for the patient. i tried writing a review on a doctor who totally botched my face and realself removed my posting and blocked me from getting on. i am only trying to warn others of a potential problems on a doctor but they promote him as the "TOP" doctor in greensburg pa. when they're across the US how can they rate him? plus all that one post one review 5 stars, cant you see they are all fake ?? please dont trust this site, there are others who will tell you the same.

They have no right to keep material that belongs to you and block you from accessing it. Absolutely disgusting
